Yes, once your order and payment have been validated, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Return costs are your responsibility.

Delivery costs are offered for any delivery to a relay point in France.
For delivery in France by appointment at home, the costs are €5.95.
For other destinations or delivery methods, please enter your country/address when ordering, the delivery costs adapted to your choices will then be calculated.

The order is usually sent to the DPD delivery person within 2 days. Then, the delivery is made within about 5 days.

Our deliveries are made by DPD services and its relay point partners.

Yes, we offer the possibility of having a delivery address different from the billing address, to be entered in the form on the order page.

Our DPD deliverer gives the possibility of being delivered in France, at home on a specific time slot. This is the Predict delivery.
Operation:
A first SMS will be sent to you when your parcel is picked up by DPD France. This SMS will also tell you the expected delivery date.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS and an email indicating the delivery time slot and your 4-digit secure code. This code will allow you to receive your order securely.
Upon delivery, send your code to the DPD France deliverer. Your package will be delivered to you against signature.

These textiles are resistant, but they require appropriate maintenance.

The washing temperature should in no case exceed 30° at the risk of ending up with a “child size” garment.

Here are 4 steps to make it easier for you:

Read the label carefully to determine the composition and the most suitable washing method.
Remove stains with a suitable mild detergent, taking care not to scrub too hard.

If you decide to machine wash, adapt the program (wool for example) by checking that the temperature and spin speed are suitable for the material.

The drying step is just as important: opt for drying flat or with a suitable hanger so as not to deform your clothes which will be quite heavy when they come out of the wash due to the delicate spin cycle
